A Uniform Manufacturer in Nairobi Since 2019
Uniform manufacturing is a core part of what Safety Hub does. From our workshop on Accra Road, we have been designing, stitching and delivering custom uniforms for Kenyan businesses since 2019, in hospitality, construction, security, healthcare, education and manufacturing.
Every order starts with a conversation. We learn about your industry, your brand colours, your team size and your budget, then make a uniform that looks professional, lasts, and represents your business well. We are a direct manufacturer, so you deal with us and not a middleman.

How much does uniform manufacturing cost in Kenya?
Uniform manufacturing prices depend on the garment, the fabric, the quantity and whether you want branding. Ready-made workwear in our shop starts from KSh 180. Made-to-order and branded uniforms are quoted separately. Send your list on WhatsApp +254 727 855 896 and we reply with a quotation within 2 business hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from as few as 10 pieces for most uniform types, so small businesses and single-location outlets can order too. Schools and companies can place large bulk orders.
Can you add our logo to the uniforms?
Yes. We do logo embroidery, screen printing and reflective tape application in our own workshop. Share your logo file, preferably as PNG or AI, when you place your order.
How long does it take to make uniforms?
Most standard orders take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. We confirm the date in your quote. If you have an urgent deadline, tell us and we will say what is possible.
Which sizes do you make?
We manufacture from XS to 5XL and can work to custom measurements for teams with non-standard sizing.
What fabrics do you use?
Common choices are 100% cotton, poly-cotton blends, heavy-duty canvas for industrial overalls, and waterproof materials for coldroom and spray suits. Tell us the industry and we advise on the best fabric.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver to all counties, including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika and beyond. You can also collect from our office at Junction Trade Centre, Accra Road, 7th Floor, Room 704, Nairobi. We also deliver to Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Are you a direct manufacturer?
Yes. We design and make uniforms in our own Nairobi workshop, so you deal with us directly. We also sell certified PPE bought from approved manufacturers.
Do you accept LPOs and bulk orders?
Yes. We accept LPOs, M-Pesa, bank transfer and card, and give discounts on larger orders to businesses, schools, hospitals, institutions, government agencies and NGOs.
