Language Requirement: English | Working Hours: Full-time – 9 to 5
The role combines:
- Customer Service Sales
- Inbound & Outbound Call Centre Sales
- Lead Conversion
- Client Retention
- After-Sales Relationship Management
The team operates on a rotating system:
- One team handles walk-in customers and showroom/customer service
- The other team handles calls, WhatsApp, quotations, and online leads
- Teams rotate daily to build versatility, fairness, and full business understanding.
This role is designed for people who can:

Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Showroom Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Ensure fast response and a smooth customer experience
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and professionalism
- Follow up on open quotations until closure
2. Call Centre & Online Sales
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- Convert inquiries into quotations and sales orders
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls on pending quotations
- Follow up on lost quotations and identify reasons for loss
- Re-engage dormant customers
- Maintain excellent response times during working hours and assigned after-hours shifts
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure repeat business from acquired customers
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and quickly
- Maintain customer records accurately in the CRM/system
- Follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction after sales
4. Sales Performance & Targets
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain high quotation-to-order conversion rates
- Increase customer acquisition and retention
- Reduce cancellations and order errors
- Participate actively in promotions and campaigns
